Do You Require Advanced Fees?
Depending on the type of case, we may require you to put up an advanced fee deposit before we begin. An advanced fee deposit is like a down payment that we keep in our Client Trust Fund Account. We send you an invoice each month explaining all charges and the work that has been done on your account. We then deduct that charge from your balance and let you know how much is left. When your balance has been used or almost fully used, we may ask you to put more down as an additional deposit, or simply to pay the balance of your bill monthly from then on, depending on the case. If your case concludes and there is any balance remaining, it will be promptly returned to you.
